Please note; due to security requirements, we only accept visitors by appointment.

Learners who have received a message on their SIA portal indicating there are no qualifications matching their records should note the following:

  1. Uploads may take up to 15 days from the last day of your course, depending on whether there are any issues with the paperwork provided by your training provider. While we often upload in significantly less than 15 days, please allow this time before contacting your training provider.
  2. Due to verification requirements, QN cannot respond to individual enquiries from learners regarding their upload status. Please contact your training provider, who has a direct line to us, to act directly on your behalf.
