Our teaching qualification meet the natonal requirements of best practice but our delivery partners ensure that the minimum requirement is exceeded during delivery. This enables those undertaking the qualification to not only achieve a nationally recognised qualification, but also the confidence to start teaching in an effective manner.

Description: This qualification is the bench mark qualification when starting to teach in adult education. Covering the principles of inclusive teaching and assessment, this is the ideal first step qualification to enhance your skills or change career.
The Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training (RQF) is designed to develop training into true teaching skills, the supportive and progressive nature of this qualification develops successful candidates to perform at Ofsted 'Good' standard as a minimum requirement by the end of the course. Candidates will also be able to fulfil all of the Professional Standards for FE (Professional Standards Framework, Stage 1) upon successful progression though the programme. Optional learning pathways enable this qualification to be tailored to suit the teaching environments in which the candidate operates.

Description: This qualification is the next step towards qualified teacher status. It provides significant development from the entry level requirements of the level 3 award within the teaching/training environment, introducing new skills and practice throughout to provide the confidence to be performing at national standards and above.
