Who is this for?
Aimed at Retail Managers, Retail Staff, Loss Prevention Staff and Security Operatives working in a retail environment.
This qualification is developed to provide learners working in a retail environment with the knowledge and understanding of how to identify and prevent loss from damage, administrative errors, or criminal activities. This qualification will support a role in the workplace.
Developed alongside industry experts, this qualification draws in retail specific 'best practice' and highlights many existing and emerging methods of reducing shrinkage including insider theft, shoplifting, preventative methods and brand image protection.
Pre-Requisites: There are no specific entry requirements for this qualification, however learners should be ages 18 years or over and should have the ability to work at a level 2 in English language (or equivalent)
