Who is this for?
This qualification provides learners with the knowledge, understanding and practical skills to support surveillance operative roles within the specialist security sector. It helps learners understand lawful and proportionate surveillance activity, safe working, communication, observation, continuity, reporting and escalation requirements.
The qualification also supports transferable skills in risk awareness, factual reporting, decision-making within role boundaries, professional conduct and working within agreed tasking and organisational procedures.
Pre-Requisites: This qualification is available to those over 18 years. Candidates should be at least a level 2 numeracy and literacy or equivalent
