Who is This For? The QNUK Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Retail (RQF) is the ideal qualification for those involved in the preparation and handling of food in a retail environment.

Pre-Requisites: This qualification is available to those over 14 years. Learners should be at least at level 1 numeracy and literacy or equivalent
