Who is this for? This qualification is aimed those that are working in, or a looking to return to work in a food manufacturing business. As a food handler it is important to have knowledge of safer food handling in order to minimise the risk of food related illness.
As this is a refresher course, learners need to have previously completed at least a Level 2 Qualification in Food Safety.
Pre-Requisites: This qualification is available to those over 14 years.
Due to the language of the assessment, it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the English language in order to understand the assessment and to undertake the recommended assessment methods.
