Who is this for? This qualification is aimed those working in a manufacturing environment where support staff may have some food handling responsibilities, but these are typically low risk. This qualification is typically undertaken by support staff such as stock or store room staff.
Pre-Requisites: This qualification is available to those over 14 years.
Due to the language of the assessment, it is recommended that learners have sufficient command of the English language in order to understand the assessment and to undertake the recommended assessment
methods.
